General Kaution is an established, award-winning Bermudian dancehall and reggae-fusion artist, poet, songwriter, and social media influencer. Known for bringing raw authenticity and explosive energy, he spent many summers during his youth in Jamaica, heavily soaking up the culture of Rastafarianism and conscious reggae. Currently splitting his time between Bermuda, Jamaica, and England, his music bridges traditional dancehall rhythms with modern trap and hip-hop influences, culminating in a distinctive high-octane sound.
His creative contributions previously earned him the 2018 Mary Prince Award for emerging talent in Bermuda.
