Deeply influenced by her island roots, Sinead Simmons—performing as Sinead The Flower—blends natural tropical elements with a soulful, aesthetic-driven R&B sound. Growing up in a musical family where singing in church choirs was a staple, Sinead cultivated a quiet passion for writing and the arts before stepping into the spotlight with her debut single and visual "Lilikoi" in 2018.

Her daughter and muse, Mila, serves as a primary driving force behind her fearless approach to creativity. Known for her playful yet sensitive personality, Sinead uses her music and visuals to intertwine raw emotion with handpicked beats. Her artistic goal is simple: to invite listeners and viewers to experience a tropical, sensory paradise and to feel deeply, without any reserve.

Beyond her introductory work like "Lilikoi" and "Exotic Marigold", she continues to expand her creative footprint through her lifestyle blog, Tribe of Flowers, and regional performances such as the Made in Bermuda Festival and the Bermuda Festival of the Performing Arts.
